  Non existent customer service. I completed an online order, I received back an order number with a comment that I would receive an email response within 10 min otherwise I should call. No such email came, so I phoned back at 10.59 the same day. I was told that someone had gone to check if the item was in stock - already an indication of poor control. I did not receive a promised call back, so called again at 11.41. I was informed that the item was in stock and that someone would call back to complete the order. No one called back so I phoned again at 14.18 to be told that they were very busy and someone would call back. No surprise that no one called back that day, the next - nothing at all. This very had bad experience of this company was in sharp contrast to that of A/V Value Ltd in Bangkok where I ordered and paid for a Samsung TV within 15 minutes and had it delivered to Phuket the next day.
