  nice machines, clean, nice staff. but the big downside: too crowded from 6-10pm. u need to wait up to 15 minutes for a machine to train. unfortunately already closing at 10pm.

  Nice gym with new and clever machines, salt swimming pool and cold room but I feel this place is properly narrow although there are a lot of floors.

  Comparing to other branches. Empire tower is more quite and less people but go there during office hours. Staffs are really friendly. And they have indoor rock climbing too. 3 level - beginner. Intermediate. Advance. Not bad for practicing. Body pump class here is one of my most fav class.

  I really love this gym. This branch seems to be a bit older than the Phrom Phong location but given where I live, it's really easy to get to and the staff is very friendly, especially lately. It's well maintained and has a good vibe. The multiple floors helps separate the weights vs. cardio areas, which helps me focus on the workout I'm doing.
