  I am not a Fitness addicted and I normally don’t enjoy to do sports inside/gym. I did not practice any Sport for almost a year when I tried FiTin25 ! The concept is just perfect for me. I am very busy, work a lot and have not much free time to take care of my body. Here, only 25min of intense stretching positions connected to the machine that enhances our efforts is equivalent to 3 hours of sport and make all muscles of your body work, not just only your 6 pack or your arms !!! Very efficient ! It is very convenient, you do not need to bring any sport shoes or sport clothes, you can go there between 2 meetings in suites, the facilities are great and all material is provided, including the special training clothes are provided and you do not need shoes. The place is super clean, the management and the staff are very professional and expert in their domain. We feel very welcome here ! Thank you Fitin 25 for this great experience !

  Fitin25 truly holds the promise that its name makes. In only 25 minutes I experienced one of the most efficient workouts I have ever had. With high quality equipment and highly professional staff you are set for success! Also, the location is perfect for squeezing in a workout during lunch. Looking forward to coming again!

  I had a great experience at Fitin25! Great studio location and interior, as well as highly professional staff. Being a newbie to EMS training, the manager gave me detailed instructions and then guided me through the 25-minute workout. In retrospect, I must say that I have never had such an intense training; it's fast, effective AND fun. It's perfect for anyone with a busy schedule and a goal of getting in shape.

  Perfect solution for those who have not much time. The training takes only 25 minutes, but is very effective. The most important is that the trainers watch you all the time and correct your posture. They also adjust the level of difficulty all the time. I had a great training in 25 minutes. So, no excuse after work! P.s. the trainers speak thai, english and german.
