  Terrible food is ordinary and always overcrowded. Looks more like an economy lounge than business. Kids everywhere inattentive staff. Has free food and beverages which is a draw I guess if you upgraded on points and need to stuff in free food and drink before you fly.

  I always been flying with Thai Airways, Gold member. But the last few years I try to do an active choice to avoid the airline The lounge, I always sit in the computer room and there is the constant BEEPING and warning message from the other side of the wall. END OF THE WALK WAY BIP BIP Constant! The lounge is very hot sometimes when I'm here they have huge fans. Annoying as it sounds like an old propeller plane. But right now I wish they could pull out the fans because it is very hot. Connect your laptop to the socket and you have to crawl down on the dirty wall to wall carpet to get to the socket under the desk The food is OK, some snacks if I have to wait for a long time. But nothing even close to the star alliance lounge in Istanbul, the best lounge I have ever been at AND! There is no messages when the flights are delayed, happens all the time here and you walk to the gate just to sit there and wait

  Dirty chairs. Food offered is questionable. Look and learn from Thai lounge in Hong Kong which is one of the best. Why are the doors to the restrooms always open? Does the staff enjoy the view and sounds. I have asked the front desk staff but they have no answer.

  Not bad but seen much better lounges! Food selection is very limited. Staff are NOT friendly or nice at all. They won't call you for your flight. Location can be very far from the departure gates so might have to run. Lounge is also hard to find but ask the information desk and they will direct you to the correct place. WiFi is slow. The best thing there are the fruits!
