::A friend convinced me to visit.. So happy that I did. What a relaxing and healthful retreat. Everything is great but the food stands out. Really! Fresh juiced drinks, vegetarian or vegan meals. What I found intriguing is how informative the menu is. If you ready for something other than fast foods... This is the place for tasty health.

::Excellent choice if you are looking for a detox program, healthy food (raw) or a relaxing but healthy escape. In the case of Rasayana café the food is really delicious and the idea of eating raw food is that plants are the richest source of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that cleanse and strengthen our bodies from inside out so keeping al ingredients as raw as posible and with organic ingredients you can't be wrong for an energetic but healthy meal. They have even pasta, pizza, sandwiches and hamburgers! The price is a little bit high compared with a normal restaurant but don't forget that you are paying for quality healthy food.
90 Seconds that Matter
::Ordered the Green Passion Wheat Grass (154thb); which was pleasantly refreshing. As for the Hawaiian Pizza with a flax-seed graham'ish crust (245 thb); it became extremely soggy quite fast. Leaving no other choice, but to consume the pizza only utilizing a spoon. Next time I would suggest any of the pizza's there be prepared utilizing some sort of soft absorbent pita, instead. As this would have made the experience of eating a vegan pizza much more pleasant. The cafe itself only provides outdoor seating, although they have quite a few fans available upon request. So if you are looking for something indoors with aircon, this wouldn't be the place to eat. As the only part of the cafe that is indoors would be the bathrooms; which are shared with the Spa located inside to the left next to the front entrance. Their food seems to be of good quality and understand the importance of a raw food diet. As mentioned in their menu, even their Sprouts and Wheat-Grass are grown in-house.
