  When in Thailand, you can pay a fortune for Thai food served in a fancy restaurant. Or, you can eat like the locals, in a food hall like the one in the basement level of "The Mall". Get about 300 baht worth of coupons, then buy from the stalls [this means the stalls don't have change or cash registers]. When finished, take spare coupons back for a refund. For those who want to stick with the familiar, there are also KFC and similar themed eateries. The department store has a food section, pick up some noodles to cook in your room.
