  The Plaza Del Mar makes a great impression to clients and visitors, it's always well maintained and looks just as good now as it did when it was built over 10 years ago! There aren't many commercial office buildings in Phuket that can say the same. The single offices spaces are ample size for a small businesses or satellite offices but many companies here have converted multiple units into larger rooms. It's also just round the corner from Bake, next door to a golf driving range and opposite a swimming pool and fitness facility. So even if you don't need to impress clients when they visit, it's a great location to be in. As a consultant I spend a fair amount of time in other offices buildings around Phuket so I feel I have a good base for comparison.
