::Good location at BTS/MRT Asoke Station. Warm welcome and friendly helpful by receptionists and all staffs. Variety of classes to choose. Instructors, they provide knowledge so we know why we are doing this and focus on the correct points. Phisio Therapist is also available, by professional phisio. Lockers and changing rooms available. My favourite work out place!!! They keep it better and better.

::Very easy access (directly connected from BTS Asok), reasonable price compare to the other foreigner-operating studios. I started to use here for the rehabilitation after my ankle surgery. The instructor led me appropriate exercises according to my body condition every time, and now I can feel my body (especially core muscle) is more balanced and tightened (actually I lost weight). As long as I stay in Bangkok, I will keep commuting here.

::Je traînais un mal de dos chronique depuis des années et je le supportais tant je m'y étais habitué, sauf au moment des crises qui m'empêchaient même de marcher. Suite à la dernière crise, j'ai cherché une solution près de sukhumvit. Je l'ai trouvé avec Stéphane qui a tout de suite diagnostiqué la cause du problème et à apporté une solution avec des exercices de pilâtes que je pratique au studio et chez moi. Et la bonne nouvelle c'est que le résultat est rapide et que mon mal dos a disparu.

::Je suis allé à ce cabinet de Pilates/Physiotherapy après avoir fait plus de 3 mois de kinésithérapie pour une douleur à la hanche dans un autre centre sans succès, après quelques séances avec eux notamment Stéphane on a vite identifié la cause du problème avec une approche beaucoup plus globale que chez les physio classiques. Finalement après environ 2 mois on a réglé tous les problèmes!! Bref super centre et superbe accueil et suivi client!
