  I have been there for persistent cough, more than 2 month. I have been well received even if I arrived at 11:30 (before lunch time). At 12 I was already been test my blood and taken chest x-ray. Then I had to wait 1 hour for result that is quite normal if you are not in emergency, I went for lunch. Back from lunch I meet doctor Surandanay for the second time and he evaluated my exam result and prescribed medicine for me and he also explain me many details. I also got the reports of my exam on CD and al medicine where labeled in English and Thai with also the daily amount and the time. All together was extremely good experience. After 10 days my cough disappeared. Very good, over expectation.

  I went there for an emergency when I was in horrible pain from a kidney disease. The staff there didn't assessed my condition and put me waiting in a queue with +20 people before me, I had an estimated 2h wait. Most people and non emergency situations that could have been treated in a normal clinic, like flue or migraine. However I had excruciating pain and I could not wait that long. After 15 min in horrible pain, I decided to try to make it to the Bangkok hospital where they took care of me normally, giving me quickly and pain killer injection. Avoid the emergencies at this hospital. It is not a public hospital from Thailand, it is a Pattaya City run hospital, and the City is paying a contractor to do the job. That's a weird management that is I think responsible of the bad quality.

  They're working with somewhat limited funds and equipment, but still do a great job. I don't know about others, but I always got very competent and friendly service. One does spend a lot of time in wait queues, but your wallet comes out alive...!

  นู้ไม่สบายมีอาการปวดหัวมากมีผืนขึ้นที่ใบหน้าเล็กน้อย ทานยาแล้วไม่หาย จึงมาที่โรงพยาบาลประมาน00:10น.ค่ะ นั่งรอตรวจได้ตรวจช่วงตี2:20น.รอ2ชั่วกว่า ที่แผนกฉุกเฉินค่ะ หมอไม่ตรวจอะไรเลย แค่ถามว่าเป็นอะไรมานู้ก็บอกอาการไป หมอก็บอกว่าไม่เห็นเป็นอะไรเลยนิปกติดงทุกอย่าง หมอก็ถามว่ามีอาการอะไรอีกไม่ นู้ก็บอกคันหน้ามากปวดหัวมาก หมอก็พูดว่านี้จะป่วยให้ได้เลยใช่ไม ((นู้อยากจะถามว่าคนเราถ้าไม่ป่วยจะไปหาหมอเพื่อใครจะ บ้าปัญญาอ่อน ไม่ได้ป่วยแล้วไปนั่งรอหมอ2ชั่วโมงเพื่อ เจอหมอพูดแบบนี้แล้ว คุณจบหมอมาได้ไง มาพูดกับคนไข้แบบนี้
