::Value for money.. Good hotel in terms of rooms and services. Front desk staff if helpful.. Rooms are large and cozy.. Lot of Dailey stores nearby. Bad part.. Its too far from city center and airport too.. There is no smoking inside hotel and in rooms too.. They charge fine if you smoke inside room.. So if you are a smoker you have to come outside hotel if you want to smoke..

::Good rooms, good staff. Place had ants but they sorted that out. Kind of hard to find the location, not the best view either but overall I liked it.

::My wife (Thai) booked 1 night at this hotel. We called and notified the hotel of our late arrival, as were driving from North Thailand and wouldnt be in until after midnight. When we booked the room, we specified that we had 2 adults (myself and my wife), and 1 child. We requested 2 twin beds. On the way back we realized that it was too late to drop my mother-in-law off, and we called to see what could be accomodated. We were told it would be an additional 500 baht for the extra person. We agreed to this. Upon arrival, the outside was amazing. It looks new, and up-to-date. The hotel is further into the back streets and is not off of the main roads. Plan on a decent walk or a motorbike. Because we had been touring Thailand we had arrived in our pickup truck with our luggage in the back. The bellman was rude and asked if we were delivering luggage to a customer. Upon checking, the woman at the front desk was helpful. However all of our previous phone calls were not notated and I had to re-explain everything. When my mother-in-law was walking in, they made a large scene about adding the extra 500 baht. This was extremely embarrassing. Upon arrival into the room, the floors were dirty, there were geckos in the bathroom and by the telephone near the bed. There was only a half of a roll of toilet paper. We asked for the manager and was told that we would need to speak to them the next day. The following day, we spoke to a female manager who refused to provide us with any apology, compensation, and/or refund. The manager told my wife in Thai that if we did not pay the 500 baht that two employees would end up getting the amount deducted from their salary. As an American, it was a lesson learned. It was definitely not worth the money paid. I am more concerned about the way they treated us like baggage handlers and didn't respect my mother-in-law. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We decided to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, which is not in Bangkok but rather Pattaya. It is amazing, clean, and friendly.
