  Very helpfull in helping find a taxi or tuk tuk. For tuk tuk no need to queue with number, just enter the taxi room and tell the guard that you want a tuk tuk and he will show you right away. For taxi you should take a queue number by press the "1" button at the queue machine at the door to order 1 taxi. And the queue number will show up at the top of the exit, tell the guard where you going and he will tell the taxi, but taxi will come with 2 choices, the meter one and the fixed price one at usually double the meter one, its your choice...overall the taxi queue room at MBK was good but the taxi service could be better if all run the meter....happy Bangkok holiday
