  Good and clean hotel, reasonable price. But I met one bad staff who was reception when I check in (13/7/17), she didn't speak nice while her job need to. Also spoke with bad facial expression. Too bad I could not see her name.

  Too soft bed. Materials in room cause noises when cooling. Toilet design is flat and easily splat. Daikin A/C is incredibly suck. No matter temp set it can cool only 25c (I've a thermometer). Service is good and has lot of car parks. Room is quiet but not shielded from noises from corridor. Breakfast is ok. Overall is fine but price can be cheaper.

  Staff are awesome and friendly. Great location. But we booked this hotel for 2 reasons. 1 the location 😊 and 2 the pool 😭 which due to bad maintenance is shut for three days at a time every few days. The breakfast is average have had some awesome ones in thailand thus far. And the resturant we try and avoid. Lucky the location offers great food places not too far away.
