  Corner room is good, big and spacious. Facilities are minimal but fine. Location is bad. Heavy traffic, obscure entrance. Housekeeping is the worst. When checking into corner room, realised no bathrobes and bedroom slippers while other rooms have. Safety box was not reset have to call concerige up. After few days of housekeeping, they keep forgetting to replace things such as toilet paper and bathrobes are gone again. Room was half heartedly cleaned. Maybe cos the housekeeping starts packing from room x03 onwards down to x14 and the room i was staying in was x13, so they're rushing home after shift? Very very drastic need for to improvrment - no heart in conducting their job properly. However the spacious room makes it better hence giving 2 stars.

  It's a nice clean hotel. Good room and breakfast was satisfying The only issue is, it's a bit far from MAIN market area. Worth staying @ 1200 bhat a night

  HI Residence is the most awful hotel which we have been in. The room was big, there was a kitchen however there were no plates and cutlery. The worst thing in double deluxe was bathroom...it was so dirty... windows, shower, tub...mildew everywhere. It was so disgusting...I don't understand how can it be that hi residence has got 4 stars... unbelievable! And pool? It was rather tub next to the garbage...shame! I do not recommend this hotel.

  i stay very happy in this hotel.. Staff always available for everything you ask.. From my room there was one landscape of Bangkok night&day super👍 thanks guys

  Extremely courteous staff, who very clearly made an effort to make visitors feel comfortable and very welcome. Due to an early arrival and thus an unready room, we were upgraded to a suite. Although it had its imperfections, it was comfortable and cool, and overall a very nice hotel.
