  Now I know what a 3 star hotel in the 1970s was like. The staff that work here are fantastic, I bet they get tired of seeing disappointment on people's faces when they arrive and see how dated this place is.

  Room is decent, no bugs, showers are hot and clean, wifi though is horrible. Hence the 3 stars, when it is working you have to sign in couple times a day. And that is just when it is working. The location is awesome though, and the pool area is nice.

  Even though we didn’t stay due to my wife having an Retinal detachment emergency procedure a week before our stay resort had fully understand and fully refunded our money back Thank you so much we will look forward to stay at another time

  This "resort" is horrible! The service is absolutely shocking! The staff are very rude wouldn't even give us extra towels for our kids, had to put up with attitude and rudeness everyday somedays they would say they are bringing the towels down and then they wouldnt. We had to argue with them to get extra pillows for the kids because apparently they only put 4 pillows in each room even though there was 5 of us. 2 of us got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant which was confirmed by the dr there. The breakfast was horrible we had pre paid and only went there once. The staff rip you off and claim you took things from the bar fridge even though you didnt and reception forces you to pay. Mattresses were like rocks with springs in them. Absolutely disgusting take your money elsewhere.

  Great great value for money. Close to everything, right opposite Central Festival and all the bars etc. Fantastic location, front desk was great. Only complaint is perhaps the breakfast is not very good.
