  Bedbugs in our first room. Second room was better and cleaner. Free airport shuttle. Not close to most good food and entertainment. Wouldn’t recommend staying for more than a night. Nice pool with a poolside bar. Hotel restaurant looked permanently closed... had to take a taxi to find good restaurants.

  Hotel Room - mostly clean, access is tough requiring a u- turn in traffic to get to the hotel, air conditioning was marginal, water in bathroom sink was never flowing... even after a couple of complaints. Staff was courteous and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

  The good: cheap, free transfer to/from airport, the restaurant is pretty OK, staff is kind and welcoming and provides good service. The bad: the timetable of the shuttle to the beach makes no sense, spa is expensive, cleanliness leave something to be desired and especially the pool is in such poor state that they'd better close it off. Also, I wouldn't call anything next to a highway a "resort"

  Brand new hotel built in traditional Thai style. Very convenient for the airport and beach, with it's own car hire facility. Great saltwater swimming pool amongst chalet complex in the beautiful hotel gardens. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

  Thought you would be bothered with the planes but you only hear them as a deep humming. Rooms were clean and decently sized. Breakfast was OK on the "tourist" side but really good on the "Thai" side, ordered room service one day and the food was fine. Where only staying for one night but we changed plans and stayed for 3 night instead. Not really close to the ocean, and nothing special to do around the hotel, but for 1-3 days relaxation it's just fine.
