  Good chance to know how to maintain your phisic and psyche. The biginer class probably is good to start, was hard but not too hard to catch up even I had not done yoga many times before. Other classes are quite tough but still nice trying to learn what I can do or cannot in present, and I am sure when I keep doing someday I will be better on.

  Took my first ever yoga class on Sunday... another fresh yoga student beside me... great introduction to beginners yoga by the cute teacher... very bendy!!! I would like to do that too!!!

  Excellent, high quality yoga instruction in Vientiane. A little hard to find but worth it.

  Zero customer service. Number on the website is not working. We had to walk in. Teacher toshi let us wait outside on the patio in the rain before the class while he's doing his yoga. Almost as if he was bother by our presence and interest in the class. No other students were there and I have a feeling I know why.
