::Today Tuesday, 4th of April 2017, will be my 3rd time within a month, taking my New Fortuner for service due to break sound. Unfortunately th service staff do not speak English, and I don't know what they have been doing with the break, but 3times to do the same work does not sound professional at all!! If this time will come out with the same problem, I am considering to change the service place. And the manager (the person who sits by himself on a table) does not seem to care and just continue watching his 'phone', so UNprofessional. I hope someone from Toyota head office or someone who cares about their Toyota customer will READ my comment and take action with the service deliver in this branch.
