  It took them over 2 hours to arrive at the scene!! When I called to check after 1 hour of waiting, I was told that they were late because of the traffic jam in Thailand! The whole time when I was waiting, tourist police officers were on the phone talking to the Thai person whom I had the dispute with. When they finally arrived, they immediately took the side of the Thai person and kept talking among each other in Thai language! The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because their superior called and managed to reach a settlement with me on the phone. After that they suddenly became so nice and helpful. Very unreliable!

  Awful service, poor English speaking officers. Did not help get money back when part of a scam.
