  This place is absolutely magical. The gardens, the commune area, the restaurants are so beautiful. Chill by the river with a glass of wine!! The rooms are big and decorated in the same theme as the rest of the hotel the only thing I would say is that there is a bit of light missing. But nothing big. We had a room for 400bath in this magical place. It is incredible. If you don’t mind to pay a bit more you can have lots of light and prive huge terrace. For 400 Best value ever. They also have with shared bathroom cheaper then this. We wish we could stay longer, but our visa was expiring in 2 days. The girls at the service/reception and owner were soooooo nice with us. Room are clean, the bed comfy and is located in the best area with everything cool around. cafe Mahamitr, cafe Lala, long Jim pizza Restaurant Aroy One Bath. Don’t hesitate.

  Lovely quaint and understated riverside lodging good service and authentic feel Thai hospitality and rooms a great place to chill out after the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai and Bangkok ideal location for nearby restaurants walking streets and other sights

  Very beautiful wooden house. Rooms are quiet and prices are reasonables.

  Best breakfast in town. Lovely view of the river. Very serene and peaceful. You can get bicycle and motorbike rental here. (hard to find in Lampang) They can make touring arrangements for you , all for around 1000/nite. Best deal in Lampang for a westerner.
