::Comptoir directement dans l'aÃĐroport niveau 1 porte 8. Ouberture du comptoir à 6h30. Comptez 600 BHT par personne le trajet. 1er dÃĐpart 7h en minibus puis 7h50 en car. Nous avons pris le minibus pour partir plus tÃīt. Nous avons mis 5h pour arriver au ferry, les 5 plus longues heures de transport que j'ai faites. Peu de places pour les jambes, le chauffeur se croyait dans un rallye et à fait un dÃĐtour pour dÃĐposer ses gens dans un hÃītel, dÃĐtour se 1h ! TraversÃĐe en bateau de 30mn maxi environ. Puis trajet plus ou moins long selon votre hÃītel avec des routes de montagnes ÃĐtroites, toujours en mode rallye. Attention, c'est bien prÃĐcisÃĐ au comptoir, le transport ne va pas aprÃĻs lonely beach, sinon supplement de 50 BHT par personne, ce qui est correct. Si vous voulez du confort, prenez le car. Pour gagner du temps, le minibus (attention, seulement 10 places).

::The company is very unreliable. If you want a good transport, definitelly TRY SOME OTHER COMPANY! We booked tickets from ko Chang to hotel near Uppataya Ariport, the company knew the exact adress and agreed to drop us at the hotel. We confirmed all the details with the Burapha agent several times. The driver picked us at our hotel, we payed the tickets immediatelly. When we arrived to bus stop in the north of Ko Chang, we learned that the bus is not going to UPT airport as we were told but to Pattaya and the driver and the travel agent at bus stop refused to drive us to the destination that was agreed before. The were rude, they even tried to pull me out of the van. They denied everything - the agreement, that we had a phonecall the day before, the driver even tried to deny that we already payed for the van! First they didnt want to provide any money back, finally after ages of arguing they gave us 50bath/each back and drove us to a town about 40km far away from our final destination, we had to manage the rest of the journey by ourselves. THEY ARE LAYERS AND CHESTER!

::Caught the bus (not the minibus. I would guess about 20 seater)from Ko Chang back to BKK airport. It left Ko Chang at 07.00. All on time no problem. HOWEVER the rear suspension had gone and every bump was felt severely. Now for 4 hours this was not pleasant. The suspension was obviously broken by the noises it made too. A/C was very poor . I make lots of bus transfers low cost and VIP but this is the worst ever by a long shot. My back is still suffering. The bus must be poorly maintained

::The seats are alright. The numbering on the tickets too small. Restaurant at stop after about two hours driving is a ripoff. Food double the usual price. A bottle of water in seven eleven costs normally Seven baht. The same one here: TWENTY baht! Any other items on the shells are far too expensive. In Koh Chang we played 15 baht each to get to our resort. Back to pickup point we payed 100 baht. On the mainland at Centrepoint we had to wait nearly 2 hours. There is nothing to do there, food is Ok though. In the end there were too many people for one bus. We managed to have a seat. But outside people had to wait for another bus. On the way to the airport we had a stop at the same restaurant, were the driver got his free meal. Bus company doesn't provide water, so bring your own. Also there was no water on the toilet for washing hands.
