  That is the best and comfortable Muay Thai camp. Many MT and MMA stars train there to prepare themselves for fights. Very good trainers, some of them are active fighters as Beau Chonlek. Fighting TV show Enfusion participants stay and train there during the Thailand episode. Suitable for new and experienced visitors. Also, there are crossfit and yoga classes

  As a total beginner the trainers were extremely friendly and understanding of how intimidating it can be. Facilities were great. It is 2 hours and tiring but there is nothing stopping you taking a few minutes to catch your breath. Book a taxi to return as there's not many options to get back to your hotel. Thanks again to the trainers. Lots of fun and an experience I'll remember forever
