::Very very disappointed. Reception neither speak english nor very bad attitude . not flexible with guest. their faces don't have smile and look like very angry. they give the key by throwing and said can only check-in on 1:00 PM. Normally check-in time is 12:00 noon. We go togher with our father who hospitalized at Bangok hospital and he discharge the same day. we need to wait for doctor appointment so we find hotel and we chose royal pacific. this is my choice & this is the most regret thing in my life. I can't find work how to mention their attitude. location is also not good. overall point for this hotel should be ( minus star) very very very bad. for suggestion: they should change their reception woman. I forgot her name.
