  We stayed at Ark Karon Hill and after this week I will never come to Phuket again. Every night all night bus loads of Chinese arrive and stampede past the unit making so much noise. Literally everyone who arrives has to go past the unit and are so loud and disrespectful. The place is very poorly maintained. Showers by the pool don't work, pool is never cleaned. Deck boards are cracking and coming up. We rented from Rentavilla Phuket and the guy owns 114 units in Phuket! You would think he is making enough $ to provide a few welcoming items in the unit, but NO! He is obviously just using these as a $ machine and is too tight to even provide a starter shampoo, bar of soap, bottle of water in the fridge...NOTHING! 2 small rolls of toilet paper is all we got. How about a notebook with suggested restaurants, sights to see, grocery, medical services? Not a thing. On top of it all we sign a contract upon arrival from their poor underpaid local workers with a complete inventory list of the unit down to each fork, spoon, and light bulb - like we are going to steal your freakin' light bulbs! He requires you to pay extra for electricity and the place was not cheap. Well at least the power went out regularly so I suppose we saved some there! Please spare yourself and avoid this place. Don't rent from Rent A Villa Phuket - you will regret it.

  I've booked with that agency few months ago for a villa in Rawai, they have a great service, the villa was very clean and also exactly as they advertised. We will book again with them, very helpful.

  I have spent fantastic Holidays in Phuket. The staff of Rent a Villa Phuket was very helpful and very friendly. The villa was brand new and the location very nice. We´ll certainly come back next year.
