  Surprised to see so many 5 stars. Main desk staff were extremely rude and after they found out they were wrong about the booking were unapologetic! Room was OK, a little dated but OK. Nice view and pool. Food and drinks a little pricey but maybe not for a self-professed "5star". Overall management/reception ruined my 3 day stay here. I will never go back.

  Requested a simple manicure and pedicure and the manicure was so awful that I refused to have the pedicure. Sadly cannot recommend the hotel spa and so disappointed because the surroundings are lovely and I was ready to relax... ***Update: the lady kindly redid it and my nails are much neater so changing from one star to three stars. No higher as no moisturiser provided which is pretty standard when it comes to a manicure so that you’re not left with dry hands***

  Awesome place! Pricey, but amenities, facilities are great. Staffs are nice some can speak English others not.Conducive perfect ambiance not noisy. Classy

  The hotel is nice, clean, and riverside. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful. We had lunch at Ah Yut Chinese restaurant. The river views are beautiful.

  This is a beautiful hotel and we have enjoyed staying here very much. The breakfast buffet is right on the riverfront. It's a huge Buffet filled with all kinds of Thai Dishes as well as traditional breakfast dishes. The staff has been friendly and eager to help. They may not understand some English words, but we had absolutely no problem getting them to understand us. It is well situated to a number of things to see and do. We particularly have enjoyed the Asiatic Night Market which is just two blocks away. Lots of good shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended!
