  Very nice ambiance excellent pool and wonderful service Not giving a full star rating because the staff knows very poor English.

  Most customers are Russian, almost no Chinese customers. Very close to the Karon Beach. It provides handbags and blankets in room which can be used on the beach. Staffs are friendly. However no power sockets near the bed so it is a little inconvenient.

  Excelente location, nice and very spacious rooms but the reception are is not updated. They have a very good breakfast, very helpful servers, we had a bonus and very pleasant New Years Party included 🍾🎉

  The staff was not only not helpful to address issues with the hotel and our room they were blatantly rude. Example: They skipped our room twice in four days for cleaning and new towels. We'd let them know and ask for new towels at least and they'd just tell us no and point for us to go away. Never going back here again.
