  Horrible service, I booked a minibus from the airport to my hotel and the minibus stoped there to try and sell us tours. I did buy a ticket for a tour but they didn't mention the national park fee and told me it would be ok to change the date free of charge which is wrong as they charge an extra 500b per person when you try to change the date. They don't give you enough information and its just horrible, avoid it at all costs.

  When we arrived in airport, we try to find minibus to patong. Taxi is 800b and minibus only 180 per pax. So me and my bf decided to take minibus and nightmare began. After we bought the ticket, no one direct us where to go or where to wait. Just told us 25, go to 25. Then when we saw a counter outside 7-11, we ask when the minibus arrived and they shouted at us WAIT, WAIT THERE. so rude of them. The minibus condition still okay, driver stop after 10min ride from airport. Thr driver stop us infront of travel agency. Then got 2 woman shouted and forced all of us get out of the bus and direct us to their office. Everyone of us directed to one agent. They keep promote us their package. Keep forcing us to buy. Say included everything but when the day come you still need to pay 400b for national park ticket. Horrible. Stay in the minibus at all cost. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Just keep telling them you already book a travel package with other company.
