::roof top restaurant and bar (I think I've got the right place). we were the only tourists--had trouble finding proper reviews which is why I'm putting this in. very solid, lovely food. fried chicken was the definite hit, then fried rice with Thai paste and shrimp. oh and there's a fantastic view! very pleasant on a warm evening.
