  It is very interesting to see a lot of monkey living in an open area in downtown of Lopburi.

  Most tourists come to see the monkeys, which are often a combination of cute, mischevious, and annoying. There are locals around who will help keep the monkeys under control. A good tip is expected for their monkey herding assistance. The shrine (and temple ruins) is rather standard otherwise.

  Loved the boisterous monkeys there. They seem to be all over the city. I learned my lesson...enjoy watching them, but don't feed them. When you feed one, several hundreds will swamp you for the food.
