::Staying for quite a days now. Shower drain did not work properly from the start. We have to wash ourselves while our feet are soaked in dirty water. Reported the problem to the reception a couple of times. No improvement has been made. Sent an e-mail on the issue supposedly to the management. No reply has been received. Should we move to another hotel? Yes, I guess, but the hotel rate has been paid in advance...
