  I stayed here the first week of April 2018 and it was very good. We had a standard room without a view of the ocean. The view was of the construction next door. We were only in our room to sleep so it didn't matter. Construction noise starts around 8:30 AM and we were out by then. If you want a view and are willing to spend $50 a night more just book an ocean view room. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Some areas of the hotel might need a little maintenance but overall it was very good. They have a shuttle to Patong beach that goes 4 times a day but space is limited so book it early. The included breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice including an egg station, Asian food items, lots of fruit, and smoothies. The beach front location was beautiful and you can book tours in the lobby. Staff were friendly, brought you anything you needed promptly, and you are greeted with ice cold coconut water and cold towel when you check in. I would definitely stay again.

  Fantastic experience on the roof , seeing that sunset was amazing . I wished we booked this hotel to stay , the beach is is one step away. If your in phuket don't miss out

  The hotel is nicely located at the beach. But it's a rather big hotel and you have to walk through endless floors and take several lifts if you are in the more remote buildings. Most of the rooms are facing a huge new property development project, higher than the hotel itself and blocking any view. It's a ugly concrete thing that doesn't blend into the nature. between the hotel and the new development runs a open canalization, which ends at the beach and smells from time to time. The beach in front of the hotel is clean but left and right is lots of rubish from the sea. The bay has water sports, expect some noise. The restaurant is good but nothing special.

  We are regulars at this hotel. We feel at home because we are recognized and and treated very well. We like the beach and the rooms, actually we always stay at a jacuzzi villa, private and spacious. As we stay long time we'd like to have more movie channels. Restaurants have improved compared to last year. Nice night set up.

  It has a million dollar view from the rooftop bar! We got upgraded to one room jacuzzi villa. It was fantastic. The sunset view from the room and the pool was great. Highly recommend the hotel (and the jacuzzi room!) to everyone. Location is ideal. A short walk to the Kamala town, however located at a secluded area.
