  Literally just finished our cooking class with Mae at Maliwan and the experience and the chef, Mae.. amazing! Informative! Goes the extra mile to explain and offer variation in ingredients, technique explanation was great. The market tour was very informative, again would explain more than the ingredients used. Really top top notch. Very personal experience. Only 4 cooking together today and felt the personal attention. Can't say enough, highly recommended.

  Excellent class, Mae was friendly and obviously very informative. We started off with walking through the wet markets, where Mae explained to us what 90% of the market food was and what it was used for. Then we got down to business and started cooking. Mae went through step by step cooking hers first, then gave us samples of what she just cooked. We then cooled ours and Mae talked us through it. So much food and a lot of fun. Would love to come and do another lesson in the future.
