  So happy to be back at the Legend, it's a special place of tranquillity and relaxation. Great choice of food, staff a most obliging. Rooms clean and well serviced. So happy to be back here again. We love it here. 💜

  We really liked the rooms we were in, it was specious and clean. The service wat great, we could go to the reception at anytime with our questions. We did a Boat Trip along the Kok River and spend a lot of time at the grand swimming pool.

  Very beautiful, secluded hotel on the banks of the Kok River. The entry, lobby, and pool area are gorgeous and the garden is lovely at night. The room was nice, with a funky shower room. Not sure what the giant bowl of dirty looking water was - maybe to cool down or if plumbing stops? The workout area is in bad shape - cobwebs, rust, etc. I'd skip the gym there. Service at the beer garden was non-existent so we gave up. It wasn't clear where we were supposed to order. However we had a FANTASTIC Italian meal at the Wine Casa restaurant. Highly recommend that, especially the fresh pasta with prawns in saffron cream sauce.

  Memory of a Legend Like an abandoned estate of opulent times past, this property has a bit of sweet sadness to it. When pulling up to the hotel and walking to the lobby, theres a tangible sense of faded glory. The Garden bungalows are lovely with a canopied bed, outdoor lounge area with spa, and large shower room. The handmade artisanal ceramic sinks are beautiful, yet I would have liked the wall of french doors in the shower room to have not been nailed closed and shuttered and the enclosing gardens to be more lush. Morning mists hover over the river as it rolls by the dining area in the morning, a serene view. The bus loads of tourists jostling to eat in the buffet area before their timed departure... not so serene. I hope that The Legend will honor it's potential and hire an inspired designer to renovate the property. Thailand is rich with local artists and landscape designers that could breathe inspiring life into the front courtyard, reception lobby, and surrounding areas to the beauty it hints at.

  The food and room here are great! If u have time u should try coming here. I really would encourage you to visit this place. Trust me u will love it!
