  This is a no nonsense; compact, two floor guest house very close to the river, a couple of bars and restaurants. They offer fan or air con. It is clean and well maintained. They offer a laundry service and the owners are very pleasant. It's location is convenient and upstairs they having a viewing area to watch the river flow by. I often stay here for a week.

  Great Guesthouse only 20 mtr away from the Mekong River. Clean, well maintained, Air-conditioning, fridge, TV, own bathroom with hot water (for those who need this). Family runned business, and little coffeeshop at the entrance. Laundry can be done here at very reasonable prices. I think the price is now 550 baht/night.
