::Arieved quite late and checked in 8pm. The front desk receptionist is very VERY unprofessional, she dosen't look at me when I am trying to ask her almost anything. No wifi password was given, after the check in no one seems to care where I should go. Nothing was advised. VERY VERY DISPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE LEVEL. OH! and the swimming pool? Its in a community neighbour in the end of the alley!! And you guess it... when i asked about the swimming pool.... she said you can show them the keys down the alley but I think its closed, while looking at her phone!! Oh and the bed is as hard as sleeping on a rock. I also have reasons to believe the 11th floor is haunted.... looks like they r renovating the floor but I can access the floor easily and have myself ghost hunt TV show. First and last time ever here.
