  very near to mrt. near to chinatown as well. the lift is terribly slow. the cafe there is nice!

  Great location, just across from Hua Lamphong Railway Station and right beside Hua Lamphong MRT Exit1, within walking distance to Chinatown, many stores such as 7-eleven around Great price with several choices of room types Great facilities in accordance with price ranges, excellent cleanliness... Great staff!!!

  I was checking for the room and the man told me 1000B (cheaper than online) and after i has shown my passport (Lao), he said 1100B/night and he also for my immigration paper (which is not his job) and the check-in time is not consistence to what he had told ... (that's why he asked for the pay now). Very upset!!

  Location is good. We stayed here for a second time because of the location, unfortunately the service the second time around was not pleasant. The staff and service (honestly) is not friendly or helpful. They did not answer our questions kindly or with respect. 1) the breakfast included in our room purchase was not ready at start time so we were not able to eat, even when they knew we had timed schedule. 2) they wanted us to buy food at their cafe in order to sit at the tables there. 3) the airport taxi drop off was not available upon request (they only have one taxi car for this service) 4) there is a fee for baggage storage.

  Good location.. very helpful staff, they go out of the way to help us.. .. neat and clean rooms... A special thanks to Joy.. very helpful and made our stay more comfortable... thank you for everything.. we would love to come back soon..
