  This 8 floors shopping mall is located at the end of Central Pattaya Road, next to Sukhumwit Road, that means an easy access with the baht buses. Shops, design, fittings, decoration, music, atmosphere, obviously the target of this shopping mall is the family. Food, clothing, electronic, banks, the main brands have a branch here. A lot of playgrounds and activities for the children, mainly on the two last floors. Unfortunately, some shops have not found tenants. There is a supermarket on ground floor. I prefer Central Pattaya Beach, but Harbour Land is a good place, better than Big C Extra at 5 minutes walk from here.

  Its beautiful at night especially the Pattaya City sign. Good for a short walk right off Walking Street. There are some development projects near by, but pretty quiet at night. Just be careful as random locals may approach you and offer you things.

  This mall is near the waterfront and provides some very good views. I would recommend this place as a good reference point to start exploring the area. I say this because any taxi driver can meet you there and you can have other meet you while you shop or eat dinner. Also the views and the harbor provide a good back drop for conversations and taking pictures.

  Very nice shopping mall. It is little difficult to find the shop your looking for, because their is no map. But it definitely worth going. I was surprised by the lack of customers. Price are same then everywhere else, shopping mall is very modern and a/c is not too cold or too hot.

  Have it all, now visited the snow land Pattaya great out for kids. For me this is a weekend mall to do nice things for the kids, trampoline jumping, Adventure world to climb and slide on cable. Have also Ice hockey team 20:45 Mondays and Wednesdays. You can find here your electronic need same as Tuckom but this have food court and lots of game and play for kids. Also music school and learning to make robots. Great place not only shopping mall.
