  Julie is the best teacher on the island, helpful, full of good advice and doesn't let you get away with being lazy! There are not many yoga places around either that actually teach Ashtanga Yoga, although there are plenty that offer some kind of weird mix! She has been practising for years and is a real yoga teacher with lots to teach you. Try her little yoga sala out if you are at the southern end of the island.
