  Checked to see if the had contracts or knew of properties that a deceased man owned.

  I had items stolen from my room from staff at a condo that I had rented through East Coast Real Estate. When I needed East Coast to help me address the issue with the condo (even just to mediate/translate would have been very helpful) they flatly refused. Happy to take your money but not happy to help even a little when really needed. I certainly won't be using these guys again and will be sure to warn others too.

  I recently used East Coast Realty to buy my current condo. They were a pleasure to do business with. They were responsive to my questions, phone calls and concerns. My agent (David Gray) was always pleasant and professional. The office was lovely. They could not have done a better job. I would recommend them thoroughly.
