::Good location closer to attraction in Phuket town. Reception staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plumbing was poorly maintained with multiple leaks and damage to roof in our room. Buffet breakfast had a poor range, was cold and average.
