::The class was fun but quite difficult for beginners although have been to many boot camps or CrossFit training else where ... facilities are a bit outdated ... but people are reli friendly!

::The gym is located in a convenient area with transit and food all around. Unfortunately, I found out once I arrived, their free trial class is only for Thai residents only (this info is not on their site). A drop-in class is 700 baht (28 CAD) quite steep for a class in Thailand as this is similar pricing in big cities in Canada. Stepping into the facility, I saw a number of westerners/expats and not so many local people so I'm guessing the business is geared towards expats. If you're really into crossfit, give it a go and see how they're programming is. Otherwise, there are many other activities you could do with 700 baht. Perhaps a Thai boxing class around 400 baht! You are in Thailand after all ;)

::Bangkoks 1st CrossFit Gym is conveniently located a short walk from a Metro stop. Classes are in english and it seems most members are Expats. The gym is all on the smaller side and has no Rig, instead there are 5 squat cages along the perimeter that look out of the floor to ceiling windows and a pull up bar hanging from the ceiling. Ten500 packs a lot of equipment into a small space so you will find everything you need, they even have 5 Ski Ergs! The programming for the day was some hang snatches and a partner ‘sled’ workout. They don’t actually have sleds, instead they put 2 – 45’s on a box and you push that, it sucks as much as you think, but shows the creativity CrossFit has breed. There is also an outside area with some mats but we did not use it and with the Asia heat I’m not sure when you would. If you are staying downtown make sure to check out the first CF in Bangkok.
