  Had a very good foot massage here for 450 THB / hour. Maybe i was lucky with the therapist, but i also found the location quite relaxing.

  Quite disappointed with this location. My masseuse was weak and felt that she didn't want to work. Basically i felt worse after the massage - because she made you feel that she had to service you and she was merely scratchin the service. No energy/pressure/strength . If she cannot handle a 1.5 HR foot massage, then please don't assign a tired staff. Cleanliness and price is always ok. She was a pleasant lady, but felt I wasted 2 hours sitting there having someone scratch or lightly rub my feet..especially at the end of massage, it'/ like a pat on the back feeling ....So disappointed....

  Poor massage, booked 90 minutes foot massage and asked for a strong massage at the counter, the masseuse was hardly able to put any effort, bad experience for the price.

  Counter Thai lady very bad attitude. Not interested to entertain ASEAN clients. Perhaps they only to deal with Jap n western clients.

  I have traveled the world.There a phenomenal therapists worldwide. I have received gracious and accommodating service from spas from all over. It is my humble impression that the management at this location does not fall into the latter category. I left disappointed. . I had a one day window to book before leaving home to the States. The manager of reception was adamant to not allow advance booking(with a regular therapist) on weekends even if paid in advance. I had even offered to pay extra. I felt that Even my humorous gestures were met with scorn and belittlement. Tell me one spa which does that? This is in my opinion, the height of disregard for faithful clients who have been there multiple times and who have even compensated therapists well. This will be the first of many such reviews ( I believe) if things do not improve. Hotels in the area may learn of this soon. I am grateful I have a second option- and that I am willing to pay twice the price for quality relaxation. I am worth it- especially when I work abroad. Please really consider how you want to be treated when you walk into a business. Stock images on a website do not tell a whole story.
