::Reasonable resort. The plush pool was dirty and roaches in the room. Breakfast was okay. Staff are friendly. Good beach access and walking distance to town.

::Almost all the rooms have a small problem regarding AC or wifi, but the location is amazing, the staff are friendly, the cost is reasonable, and it's beautiful.

::We have just spent 16night's at the Briza with our 9 &7 year old kids & their grandparents. We absolutely LOVE it here..The staff cannot do enough for you & treat you like family. The resort is spotlessly clean & the food /drinks delicious. Only 10 mins from the airport & at the quieter end of chaweng beach it has been the perfect spot to have our kids with us -who do not want to leave in the am! 😣😣 We would highly recommend to any of our family & friends !!! 😊
