::Well stocked super market operated to international standards. Customer service is poor. You can hardly find a shop assistant to help you. They are not very helpful even if you are lucky enough to find one. Some of the cashiers are rather rude.

::The store has a wide selection of products and brands. The staff is friendly and helpful especially in the meat/deli/cheese and bakery sections. My only criticism is that restocking does not happen during the day so it is best to visit the store in the morning.

::Lots of shop to meet daily needs. Today I have added an extra star to this place. There are lots of changes and a lots of improvement. The things are well stock up and there are additional things added. Big C will deserve additional star when they improve on their customer's service

::Great for Outlet style shops on ground floor and outside Big C hypermarket. Inside Big C there's the best value French bakery in Thailand. The head baker is a Frenchman.

::Review a supermarket? It's huge has a wide selection of products. The prices are mostly good especially for local products. The place is clean and we'll organized. Everything you can expect from a place like that. You will enjoy shopping here if you go there at times when Thai people are working. If you go here when Thai people go shopping you will not give 5 stars... Same goes for if you need assistance and don't speak Thai...
