  Great place to shop local products. But, shops may rob you if you wont bargain enough.

  Pretty cool place, there are lanterns and fireworks that you can buy! You can also carry food and alcohol late in the night, there are chairs left for you to use, it's pretty relaxing!

  Just a load of market traders jumping on you to buy much of the same stuff they sell most anywhere really. You might see something you like but on the whole great if you need t-shirts and bags

  While staying near-by at a hotel, we often came to this area to eat as the food was cheaper than going in to town or at our hotel. This area is quite touristy, with the beach located just across the road. The Thai people are competitively priced with their food and merchandise for the area. Check around for prices to ensure you are not being told higher and see what others are offering. Remember that most the vendors sell the same things, so it is best to ask multiple what the price is and then haggle as they may quote you much higher at some places compared to others. The Thai people are a bit pushy for sales in this area due to the culture and nature of this tourist area.
