  This is definitely one of the most luxurious resorts on Phuket. Extremely comfortable, very romantic. So beautiful. Very safe. Every suite is a detached home with a private pool. The entire Laguna resort area is on a completely different level from the rest of the island. Very, very clean and manicured The downside is that the restaurants on the resort are fantastically expensive. We paid 700 baht for two drinks at the pool. You'll also need to take a 45 minute drive to get to Patong Beach. This was good for us as we wanted to be in a quiet and relaxing place, but could be a bad thing if you want Patong. The beach at the resort is quiet and has great local seafood restaurants which are a strong value. Feels like that 'old hawaii' which is so difficult to pin down.

  The rooms need to be updated (keycards, please). It would be nice if they had a beach club with bar/food service. The grounds were well maintained and service was good. Private pool for villa is very nice.

  Very good hotel but you need to pay a lot for that. If you find something similar , you can find a lot of similar hotel which cost less. But if you need a definitely good experience, this one is your choice.

  CONS: Double pool villa- Old & ugly! Rundown & problematic! Not luxury & smelly. Dirty kitchen! Daily lizard’s wastes everywhere in the room. Villa is not private either. It’s extremely expensive for this quality in an established brand name hotel. Room service- lousy and cheap amenities. massive resort but no clear signboard to navigating around. PRO: Restaurants- excellent fine dining, wine selection, staff service needs to improve! Breakfast- buffet is good in selections but crowded. Resorts- lush & tropical naturally well maintained landscaping. ambiance- very quiet. Beach- nice and clean turquoise ocean. Conclusion: there are plenty of much better private pool resorts out there with lesser cost and offered true luxury facilities and services. You get better value spent than this one which is way overpriced and overrated! NOT RECOMMENDED for double pool villa. Overall total disappointed.

  Relaxed atmosphere, quiet and idyllic. The place you would like to be to escape from the bustle and hustle of your daily grind. Service is wonderful and the people are very friendly...little touches here and there they provide just makes your stay memorable...
