  Modern hotel/guest house close to popular restaurants in Mae Sot. If you are staying for more than a month, negotiate a special rate. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, small kitchen area for fridge, kettle, utensils, microwave. I would stay there again, especially in the hot humid season.
