  Incredibly bad service with Avis in Thailand. I had booked a SUV from Avis Suvarnabhumi airport but they didn’t have the car available when we arrived. They tried to offer us a smaller car but we would need to pay the original rate of the SUV. I naturally refused this ’offer’ and later they promised an upgrade but after 30min of waiting the car that we had originally reserved magically arrived. However, it turned out the back seats didn’t turn down and our luggage wouldn’t fit in. Eventually, after total 1 hour of waiting they gave us a big van (like a minibus) and we were finally on our way. A couple of days later the brakes of this car became faulty and we had to spend couple of hours with Avis Hua Hin getting the brakes fixed. They made us either wait at the repair shop or travel back and forth between hotel and Avis to get the car back after repair instead of delivering the car to us. After arguing with the staff we managed to get at least a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair but we still had to waste our time picking up the original car after repair had been done. I will never use Avis again and would not recommend to anyone else either.

  Excellent service, excellent car's condition. Very clean too! Thou I feel really bad returning the car with all the road dust and dirt sticking on the body of the car, and even up to the back of the side mirrors... i have to say, the car gets dirty pretty easily during rainy season. And I had no idea where while got no time to get a car wash before returning.

  Think twice before you make reservation. Here's what I encountered: 1. They offered a scratched up car. When I returned the car, they'd be able to find additional scratch and charged for car damage. The car was almost scratched up everywhere when I picked up. 2. After 7 months, they charged 3500THB again, without any notice and billing in advance. Just take my money from credit card. 3. When I've kept following up by mail and call for one week, I still can't get any statement about that unknown charge. 4. Some staff in the office is really rude and not helpful.

  第一次經租租車Agent租AVlS車，還車比AVlS時，話玻璃有裂痕，驗車中心人員好奇怪，一黎到就有三個人立即去驗車頭玻璃，而吾係車身，話玻璃有傷痕，最搞嘢，係用放大鏡都未必睇到裂痕，還確定話有4處花咗，自問駕車有二十幾年經驗，起泰國租車15年經驗，有石仔飛上車我會吾清楚，今次係我第二㳄幫呢間公司租車，但一定係永久吾會再幫襯嘅公司，完全被屈！最搞嘢，我電話留車插電，落車老公搵電話，我話電話起我坐位側邊，點知上車去搵，冇咗，點知AVIS員工將我電話偷偷地將我電話放入坐位拉手掣最裏面，連員工質素都差，因為要趕飛機航班，冇時間同佢傾，我起正本書面寫過一份資料，卻印影本發現被該職員改動過，本人顿時感覺被該公司串謀屈錢，我一定叫租租車還我公道⋯⋯我估邊個有機會還會幫襯呢間公司租車，一定要帶埋放大鏡去check檔風玻璃才好幫襯呢間騙子公司😡😡😡😡

  Aluguei um carro da Avis via aplicativo da rentalcars. No aeroporto, o balcão de atendimento da Avis fica próximo à saída do desembarque. Depois dos tramites dos documentos, somos levados de wagon até o estacionamento da empresa para pegarmos o carro. A devolução é no mesmo local de onde foi pego o carro. Usei o google maps para localizar a agência.
