  Non AC restaurant in Laos usually isn't very appealing to me since the weather is always unpredictable. But the friendly staff and tasty food will definitely be the reason I return.

  Delicious nuevo-French cuisine at affordable prices. Throw in a good selection of Belgian beers and jazz on the weekends and you've got a winning set-up. Staff are social and friendly, and there's the option of roadside seating to watch the world pass by. The cuts of meat aren't A-grade, but they're as good as you're likely to find. Highly recommended.
