  Old Hotel, all the furniture are old and poorly maintain. Looks dirty, stain mark and slightly broken. Even the 29" CRT TV is not clear.

  Conveniently located in the center of Hat Yai city where all major shopping and eating places are within easy walking distances. The hotel itself is a decent 3-star hotel which is clean reasonably priced. There are no other facilities except for conference rooms on the second floor and a rather large restaurant on the ground floor. It is just a minimalist hotel which is good for an overnight stay.

  This hotel is old and run down. The wall paint is fine but the furnitures need to apply lacquer, paint or whatever! The service is okay. Conveniently located and very near to Centara/Lee Garden Plaza.

  Standard rooms and hotel, breakfast is also standard, quite an old building but the rooms are renovated, much better

  Good size rooms, close to main Lee garden walking street
