::Service Agreement does not get honored thru new services team. I got a Jeep from this dealer with service agreement for 30,000 km no time limited as I hardly use it. I always have my car services according to the dealer service book(K.M.) without any feedback on the difference of understanding KM V.S. Miles. Until now, new service team is inplaced and tells me that my service agreement is overed due to exceed kilometer service agreement. My understand is service agreement is according to the odomete. Since I do not aware that it is a Miles instead of Kilometer odometer as all car sold in Thailand are always Matric system (K.m.). I always have my car serviced by the odometer (miles) at this dealer since I bought it without any problem up until now. So Buyers beware.... Do not assume anything...
